Quick Weapon Set Swap/ Fast Swap? - Guild Wars Forums

I heard a lot of people use this technique when PvPing, usually with GvG or Ha. How do you do it? How is it faster than pressing on the weapon icon set or the F1-4 buttons?

Two methods -

1. Press cancel action key then your weapon set. This is my preferred method, I have large hands and my cancel key is bound to F, so I can do f and f1 at the same time. I also predominantly click to move so this doesn't interfere with my wsad movement. I mostly use this method when playing midline.

2. Click a spot on the map (with click to move) and then press your weapon swap key. I only do this when playing warrior else I wind up eating bulls out of nowhere (

) but this is the preferred method amongst most pvpers I believe.

escape then weapon swap is what your thinking of. i think.
